Pricing
Our COBRA pricing is based on an employer’s benefit eligible population and broken into two categories: Small Group Pricing and Standard Pricing.*
Small Group Pricing
Billed as a flat monthly fee, this pricing structure creates an affordable option for small employers and includes all standard administrative services offered to our clients.
Standard Pricing
For larger employers, our straight-forward pricing structure is based on two fees: a Per Employee Per Month (PEPM) rate and a renewal fee.
*Although our PEPM pricing model is preferred, activity-based pricing can be quoted upon request.
Participant Online Features
In addition to receiving all required notices and letters and a payment reminder coupon book, COBRA participants will have online access through our website. The online portal will allow participants to:
- Make initial elections
- Submit one-time payments
- Sign up for ACH recurring payments
- View payment history
- Update personal information
