Navia Benefit Solutions partners with the AWC Employee Benefit Trust (AWC Trust) as a tax-favored account administrator of Flexible Spending Arrangements (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA).  Navia is located in Bellevue, WA and has provided account administration to public sector employers and school districts across the country for over 25 years.

AWC Trust member employers are eligible to utilize Navia’s FSA, HSA and HRA plan administration at a reduced rate while gaining access to innovative tools and excellent customer service!  AWC Trust members who use Navia’s FSA and HRA administration also receive free COBRA administration for their FSA and HRA plans.  The information below highlights Navia’s rates and administrative features.

FSA Administration

AWC Trust Reduced Rates

$4.15 per participant per month ($50 monthly minimum)
